1. Ways of delivery
Our products are provided by a proven and renowned courier company. GLS is our basic carrier. Thanks to this, you have the option:

- You can use the service to leave the package without a signature
- You get a notification about the shipment using SMS and email
- Redeem a package to a different address

2. Personal collection
It is not possible to receive a personal order. We only implement delivery using GLS courier.
3. Implementation and shipping
We carry out all orders to 48h (within working days) from receiving the order. Until the delivery time should be added. The carrier guarantees delivery of the shipment within 3 business days from the moment of its granting.
4. When the package is damaged
In the case of damage or loss of the parcel before it is released, the courier serving the parcelAcced immediately to Protection of the parcel protocol (damnable protocol). The preparation of the damage protocol may also request the recipient if he claims that the shipment has been violated. The damage protocol signs the courierAnd the recipient, a copy of the protocol receives the recipient.
The recipient up to 3 days after delivery of the shipment has the ability to call the courier to draw up a protocol on the parcel.
The fact that the shipment has been damaged should be informed by telephone or email and upload photos showing the loss. We will immediately make and send the improved product.
